TWYST Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage
TWYST (“we”, “us”, “our”) warrants that products purchased under the TWYST brand and sold through authorized sellers are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the applicable Warranty Period outlined below.
This Limited Warranty applies only to the original end-user purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period begins on the date of original purchase as shown on your purchase receipt/invoice.

What Is Covered
Under this Warranty, TWYST will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective product using new or refurbished parts, or
Replace the defective product with the same or equivalent product, or
Credit/Refund the purchase price in limited circumstances.
Warranty service will be provided without charge for parts and labor during the applicable Warranty Period.
What Is Not Covered
This Warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling.
Damage caused by unauthorized repair, modification, or disassembly.
Normal wear and tear (e.g., cable fraying, cosmetic scratches).
Damage from external causes such as liquid ingress, electrical surges, fire, or other natural events.
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers or second-hand markets.
Warranty becomes void if the serial number or warranty seal is altered, removed, or defaced.
How to Claim Warranty
To request warranty service, you must:
Retain your original purchase receipt/invoice.
Contact TWYST Customer Support with:
Product model and serial number
Description of the defect/failure
Proof of purchase
Follow the instructions provided for product return or service center visit.
TWYST may require you to ship the product to an authorized service facility at your expense. TWYST will cover return shipping where required by local law.
Warranty Limitations
This Limited Warranty is your sole and exclusive warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
TWYST disclaims all other warranties (express or implied), including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
TWYST is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
